Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This is a starting policy for MyCollabi while we're in waitlist stage. It covers what we collect through this site and how we handle it. We'll expand this before launch as the product itself collects more data — and we recommend having it reviewed by a lawyer before then, since we're not one.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect what you enter in the form for your segment — for example your name, email, and social handle if you're a creator, or your company name, work email, and website if you're a brand or agency. We also automatically log your IP address at signup, solely to prevent duplicate or automated submissions.
What we use it for
We use this information only to manage the waitlist, understand demand across creator, brand, and agency segments, and to email you when it's your turn to get access. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Your information is stored in our application database (Base44) and, if we've set it up, a backup copy in a private Google Sheet. Neither is publicly accessible. We don't share your information with brands, creators, or agencies until you actually join the platform and choose to interact with them.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist data until launch, at which point it either becomes part of your account (if you sign up) or is deleted if you no longer wish to proceed.
Your rights
If you're in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data under GDPR. To do either, email us at hello@mycollabi.com and we'll act on it promptly.
